Copier Extravaganza began in Nashville in 2002 when a small group of passionate copier repair technicians—employees of large corporate copier dealerships—grew frustrated by impersonal service and the exorbitant prices those corporations charged. Determined to create something better for local businesses, founders Mike Harris and Terry W. Hendricks joined forces with only $100 borrowed from a father and a promise to put customers first. In just 90 days, their sales tripled, laying the groundwork for Copier Extravaganza.
As word spread, Copier Extravaganza quickly grew into a full-service retailer of copiers, printers, fax machines, and multifunction devices. Unlike the big companies, we focused on fair pricing for high-quality new and off-lease equipment, backed by the friendly, expert service that keeps our customers coming back year after year. To date, we’ve helped over a thousand businesses find the right solutions for their needs.
Our name, Copier Extravaganza, came from the excitement of one of our first customers. Her enthusiasm for our new business inspired the name and set the tone for our customer-focused approach. Over the years, we’ve added genuine OEM and compatible toner, ink cartridges, and printer supplies to our offerings, helping clients save money and keep their businesses running smoothly. Through smart acquisitions and ongoing innovation, we now serve both dealers and remanufacturers across the imaging industry.
Today, Copier Extravaganza is still based in Nashville, TN, but we now serve customers across the country. We stay true to our roots by putting customer relationships first, embracing new technology, and always working to deliver the best solutions with a personal touch.
